San Miguel de Allende has been a mecca for writers and other artists for…well, a long time. The Literary Sala’s annual “Works in Progress” event is a great way to get acquainted with the writing of many of San Miguel’s authors as well as some visiting writers.

12th Annual Showcase
March 14, 2021: Sponsored by the JC3, the Jewish Cultural and Community Center of San Miguel, this event features seven local writers: Bea Aaronson, Bernard Beck, Rachel Ben Avi, Gabrielle Brie, Eli Hans, Judith Jenya, and Sallie Kravitz. Readings of original prose and poetry will be followed by a Q&A session.
